UTENZI MILLER, Optician, is the driving force behind the daily operations of Elegant Eyes, Inc. (East Orange). A 1996 graduate of Essex County College Ophthalmic Dispensing program, Utenzi knows a thing or two about style-savvy specs as a visual stylist and entrepreneur. Utenzi has made it her mission to help people "Discover Their EYE-dentity" with fashionable frames fit for anyone.
